Valencia #Uno

Yesterday afternoon me and my internship partner Chris stepped on the plane. It was a cold dark day at airport Weeze. When we stepped out of the plane it was a sunny and bright day in Valencia (it was the same day!) A taxi driver picked us up and brought us to our sleeping place. We are sleeping at a beautiful place, on top of a building inside a little tower and the view is amazing.Then we went for a walk with the loaner of the little tower because she had to show us the location of the company (Solution Bike) where we are going to do an internship. After that we ate something and went to bed early. Today was a little less relaxed. Chris' phone awoke us at 7;15 and we left our beds at 7;45. When it was 8;30 we started our walk to Solution bike, where we had to clean bikes and sign contracts for bike loaners. Communication with the workers was good. A guy named Alvaro speaks perfectly English, so it was clear what we had to do. Around 10;30 I had to go to another shop of Solution Bike, leaving Chris behind with Alvaro. In that shop there were 2 employees who couldn't speak English. But with my incredible (cough cough) French skills I was able to manage. Chris and I had siesta from 13;00 to 17:00. We cycled for a long time during siesta and we really enjoyed the weather. When we got back at 17;00, the loaners came to return their bikes, and we had to clean the bikes and return the loaners deposits. We left at 19;00 and we are going to spend the evening at our sleeping place, nice and relaxed! Another report will be posted tomorrow.
